The annual presentation of the Innovations in Newspapers World Report, prepared for WAN-IFRA by the team from Innovation Media Consulting, is always one of the highlights of the Congress and Editors Forum. This year, the focus is on how to make paywalls work; how to re-invent narratives and workflows for the mobile news experience; and the impact and implications of the iPad. The presentation will also examine newspaper engagement with social media, and with the communities they serve. And, as always, the presentation will be illustrated with case studies from all over the world.
