DotLine VMAX is the next development step in newspaper production and complements the established offering of DotLine systems for newspaper and commercial printing. The further developed violet technology is based on industry standards and combines maximum performance and production safety with innovative, reliable plate handling and intuitive operation. The imager offers flexible plate output, single or parallel, and angled or in-line installation. The autoloader module guarantees safe and simple paper removal as well as production of up to 1000 plates without operator intervention. The VMAX concept covers all performance categories, from the semi-automatic system with an entry level output of 100 single plates up to the fully automatic system with 400 single plates/hour and a resolution of 1270dpi. The facility to simply meet increasing demands by upgrading on-site with automation and speed safeguards investment. Integration into existing plate production operations can be realised easily by working with standarised data formats and interfaces.The integrated remote function permits access and control while retaining full functionality.
